Devonecia Swartz is an actress, singer, voice-over artist and writer residing in Cape Town, South Africa.
In 2018, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Drama and Theatre Studies at Stellenbosch University, whereafter she completed her honours degree in Drama and Theatre Studies, specialising in Creative Writing.
She has been seen in various theatre productions and has received the KKNK Kanna award for Best Upcoming Artist, a kykNet Fiësta award for Best Supporting Actress and was nominated for the Annual Fleur du Cap Theatre Award for Most Promising Student.
Míchel Alejandro Castillo is a proud Mexican-American actor born and raised in San Diego.
He began his acting career in Portland, where he lived for many years. Míchel now lives/is a New York City based artist.
Míchel could not be more ecstatic about being in Cape Town for several reasons, but most importantly to share this beautiful story with the fans of Calling Us Home and to anyone who has not yet experienced this magic. You won’t want to miss it!
Monica Tulia Ramirez is an actor and vocalist living in New York City. Originally from the Midwest, she made her move to NYC after obtaining her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ball State University.
She has performed in a multitude of theatre productions and orchestras across the United States. Some of her favorite credits include Evita, Working, Godspell, and Footloose.
Monica is not only a stage actor, but has been seen on TV in “Elementary”, “Evil”, “Madam Secretary”, and the new Netflix series “Uncoupled” starring Neil Patrick Harris.
Monica is a half-Colombian artist and aims to work on projects that portray powerful, intelligent, and vivid Latina characters like ‘Isabella’.
