Alice is the composer and lyricist of three international grand-scale musicals. The powerfully moving ‘Calling Us Home’, the enchanting period drama ‘Clarence Square’ and the currently under development ‘Storm of the Wolf’, a gripping fantasy set in medieval times.
A classically trained pianist and flautist from Cape Town, Alice holds a Bachelor of Music and a Masters in Ethnomusicology (cum laude) from the University of Cape Town, winning multiple academic awards along the way. She is the CEO of Production Company ''Shy Music'' and is also known as a brilliant studio Producer, having worked with artists around the world. She draws her inspiration from the wide open spaces in nature and has a deep love and understanding of the human voice and its emotional impact on the world.
While still a student, Alice hosted her own radio show on Fine Music Radio and despite being someone who frequently avoids the limelight, she is a driving force in the world of creating musical stories that resonate deeply with real people and diverse cultures and communities.

With over 40 years of experience in the sound and theatre industries, Mark Malherbe is a master of bringing productions to life and an invaluable mentor for aspiring creatives.
He has worked on iconic musicals including Evita, Mame, Monday After the Miracle, and Ons Wag op die Kaptein, and is credited with original sound designs for Sarafina!, Township Fever, King Afrika, The Martian Chronicles, Athol Fugard’s Playland at the Baxter Theatre, and Cabaret at the Fugard Theatre. Mark is also the sound designer for Calling Us Home.
Beyond theatre, his expertise spans television, radio, and live concerts, having engineered shows for é Void, Petit Chaval, Sipho Hotstix, Robin Auld, and tours with Pope, UB40, and Amnesty International Southern Africa.

Dian is a dynamic theatre professional from Cape Town with 15 years of experience across over 300 productions, events, and festivals worldwide. His expertise spans Production and Stage Management, Logistics, Props, and Technical Operations, making him a versatile and indispensable force in any production.
He has toured locally and internationally on shows including The Man Who Killed the Dog, Chicago, Santa Gamka, Droomwerk, Unmute Dance Company, and Peppa Pig.
He has collaborated with renowned companies including Cape Town Opera, Cape Town City Ballet, David Ian Productions UK, and Showtime Management, and taught Stage Management for the Music Industry at the University of West London.
Dian ensures every project runs seamlessly, blending technical precision with creative vision. Known for his resilience, dedication, and unwavering moral compass, Dian continues to push boundaries while crafting unforgettable theatrical experiences.
